- Before returning a product, it is mandatory to contact simply-herbal.com client services department at: email@example.com
- Returns must be made within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery and meet all conditions (p.e the product must be unopened and in excellent condition. Consequently, we suggest that the product has been packaged appropriately –not in an envelope).
- Returns should be made by courier and not by post.
- In the event that a product has been used or its original package has been damaged, returns will not be accepted.
- Refunds are completed within 14 days from the return and reception of the product from our company.
- If the return has 14 calendar days from the day of the product’s reception or some of the conditions of return are not met, simply-herbal.com has the right to refuse the return and/ or replacement of the products.
In the event of a faulty product or mistake in the order, we replace the product or fully refund you as follows
- Pack and send the products with our courier services partner (ELTA courier for Greece and DHL for overseas) charging the recipient. In the package you should place a note explaining the reason for returning the product as well as the receipt.
- If the conditions of return are met, we will replace the product or fully refund the total amount of the order through your paypal, bank account or credit card according to the method of the original payment.
- Upon receipt of the package, if the conditions of return are not met, the product will not be accepted. It will be returned to the client who will also bear all shipping costs.
Return upon client’s request:
- The return process must be completed within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery and meet the conditions of return (i.e the product must be unopened and in excellent condition. Consequently, we suggest that the product has been packaged appropriately –not in an envelope).
- The client must bear return shipping cost. Beware: the return must be made via courier delivery services and not via simple post.
- The return package must be accompanied by a photocopy of the receipt and the code or codes of the products you want.
- In case of refund, you must send us your bank account details (if the initial payment was made with deposit or collection on delivery) or we make the payment to your credit card if the initial payment had been made in this way. After the pertinent control of the products has been completed by the appropriate department, we will exchange or refund the client.

- Return of products which are part of an offer package cannot be accepted. The entire package should be exchanged.
